The band plays outdoors in beautiful Laurelhurst Park from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 1. That’s Laurelhurst resident and fiddler fantastic Juliana Trivers.
We played a benefit gig on July 21 for the Edwards Center, a non-profit dedicated to promoting independence for adults with developmental disabilities. The center’s director said they raised $30,000 that night. Wahoo!
We’re playing at the Laurelhurst Neighborhood Association’s annual picnic in Laurelhurst Park on Tuesday, Aug. 1.
The picnic is 5-8 p.m.
When we find out more details on the exact location and performance time, we’ll post it here.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the benefit for the SPOON Foundation on May 31!
The folks at SPOON put on a great event to raise funds for their mission to ensure healthy nutrition for orphaned children around the world.
And a shout-out to the people at Lagunitas for supplying their awesome community room, as well as all the folks who donated food and goodies.
We’ve got several gigs on the calendar for the summer already. Look for us at the Laurelhurst Neighborhood Association picnic on Tuesday, Aug. 1. (Details to come.) We would love to play Willamette Park again for the Portland Parks concert series! Looks like we’ll skip Ross Island Grocery in July and August due to summer vacation schedule conflicts.
There is so much music in the summer in Portland. Enjoy!
Soldier on, soldier on. Gareth is out after knee surgery. But is that gonna stop us? No freakin’ way. (OK, we did think about not doing it, since he sings half the songs.) But we can’t let y’all down. The show must go on.

When we played the Ross Island Grocery for January’s First Friday, it was like a neighborhood party. Come on down for more bluegrass, Americana, originals and swing on Friday, March 3. Music starts at 6:30 p.m. and goes till 8:30.
